A full commercial flooring replacement in a Lexington retail space, laid across an open floor plan with a central support column. The old subfloor was prepped and leveled before installation began. Large-format glossy white tile with bold grey veining runs edge to edge, reflecting the overhead lighting and making the room feel larger and brighter. Work was scheduled around the client's business hours so the space stayed usable, with a flawless, low-maintenance finish ready for foot traffic.

A complete shower rebuild in Lexington, taken down to the studs and rebuilt to last. Schluter-KERDI waterproofing was installed across every wall and curb before a single tile went in. The finished shower pairs large-format stone-vein wall tile with a classic hex mosaic floor and a brushed-metal drain. A recessed niche keeps essentials tidy without interrupting the clean lines. Tight grout joints and precise cuts give the space a seamless, high-end feel that will hold up to daily use for years.

Deck Remodel

A new exterior staircase and second-story deck built off the back of a home in Lexington. Pressure-treated lumber was cut, notched and framed from a fresh concrete landing up to the existing deck. Matching railings with vertical balusters tie the new stairs into the upper deck, keeping the structure cohesive and code-compliant. The finished build is solid, weather-resistant and ready for everyday use, with clean joinery that reads as intentional from the yard.
